  1. A ‘TO DO LIST’ is only as effective as you allow it to be. 
  2. Don’t try to solve a problem with food or alcohol.
  3. Fitness is a force multiplier.
  4. You don’t get bored easily when you are doing something you enjoy.
  5. The changes will be subtle until one day they are not.
  6. Qualitative diet strategies do not guarantee fat loss.
  7. Don’t resist temptation… Avoid it in the first place.
  8. Make the right decisions now & you can live off the interest later.
