  1. Cardio shrinks bodies and weight training shapes them.
  2. I don’t enjoy it, but I do it.
  3. Constraints build consistency.
  4. Chase slow & steady gains.
  5. Rather than obsessing over calories, macros, and all the nutritional jargon, change your habits.
  6. Don’t snack 
  7. The more results I see… The more committed and disciplined I am.
  8. Don’t feed your problems with thoughts, starve them with actions.
