I recently completed the 10 Day reset with McGuckin Fitness. I wasn't sure how much I'd get out of a 10 day reset when I signed up but I was surprised just how much I did. I lost 3kg in that small amount of time, found some healthy habits again with an easy meal plan to follow. The support was A1, they were happy to answer any questions I had and helped keep me accountable during the reset. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a reset to a healthier lifestyle

A great concept - short and sweet program to set achievable and realistic goals to improve my current lifestyle - with timely and frequent support, guidance and knowledge from Barton. Definitely recommend for those seeking accountability to make some tweaks and get that little bit extra out of life.

Casey and Barton are more than just Incredible PTs, they offer all round fitness and wellbeing guidance and motivators. They live and breathe what they preach and only provide well informed and educated advice, They sincerely care about their clients and create a true sense of community amongst us. Barton is fantastic and I can not recommend highly enough. I feel like what he provides is very personalised and not some cookie cutter method that gets passed onto each client. Weekly chats as well as messaging through the weeks keeps me focused and determined to reach my goals. If you’re looking for a great trainer, Barton is the guy!
