  1. Be present & stay present. 
  2. You can’t expect to succeed if you only put in work on days you feel like it.
  3. Be good enough for long enough.
  4. Stop eating your kids leftovers. 
  5. Outwork your self doubt.
  6. If you don’t make a decision, someone else will do it for you.
  7. Cardio is a good alternative to caffeine.
  8. You can do anything but you can’t do everything.
