What I’ve Learnt This Week #471

1. Motivation does not come before action.

2. You will spend 20 years of your life just scrolling on your phone.

3. Unspoken boundaries often cause frustration.

4. Get the basics sorted before you add complexity.

5. Beginners complicate, experts simplify.

6. If you “kinda” want to achieve something you will struggle for motivation.

7. Chronic stress short-circuits your brain and puts you into survival mode.

8. Don’t be a duck. Be an eagle. Ducks quack & complain. Eagles soar above the crowd.

QUESTION:

If you magically had an extra hour every day, how would you spend it?
