What I’ve Learnt This Week #413

  1. Strength is gained in the range it is trained.

2. We focus on what we measure.

3. A NO is a YES to other more important things.

4. Have a half-time intermission when eating.

5. Praise will raise self-esteem.

6. Power follows blame.

7. If you do not change, you did not learn. 

8. The actions that you take provide evidence for who you are.
