1. The only thing that causes true body fat gain is an energy surplus.

2. Release your addiction to distraction. 

3. Make somebody else better. 

4. Focus on the fundamentals.

5. Stay consistent. 

6. Don’t quit. 

7. Follow the plan. 

8. You can be flexible in your food selections. As long as you are hitting your calorie and protein targets.
