What I’ve Learnt This Week #395

1. Dopamine drives behaviour, not the other way around.

2. Everyone loves to see progress.  No matter how small.

3. People want you to do well but rarely better than them.

4. Help people do the things they know they need to do.

5. Our metabolisms most likely don’t slow down with age. We do.

6. Fat is essential but too much can be problematic.

7. Your over-nourished body is like a Ferrari full of fuel with no key to start the engine.

8. People are terrible at gauging how many calories they burn & even worse at estimating how many they eat.
