1. Every progression is a success.

2. Choose where to direct your attention.

3. If you don’t want to slip, don’t go where it is slippery.

4. Exercise is the best form of medicine for preventing cognitive decline.

5. If you are not at a 9 or 10 out of 10, you won’t stick to it. 

6. Successful people form the habits of doing things that unsuccessful people don’t like to do.

7. We think people are paying far more attention to us than they actually are.

8. Avoid constructive feedback from people who have never constructed anything.
