1. You are the company that you keep.

2. There’s a huge difference in strategy between weight loss & weight management.

3. If you are not losing weight you are NOT in a calorie deficit.

4. If it really matters, then you’ll find a way to make it happen.

5. ‘Soon’ is not a time & ‘some’ is not a number.

6. Errors are a part of the process, but they shouldn’t become part of the pattern.

7. Take motivation out of the equation & set a schedule for your behavior.

8. Part of sustainability is having your non-negotiables in place.
