1. Track calories and follow an inclusive and flexible diet.

2. The accountability factor is the most underrated factor.

4. I help people get structure back into their life. 

5. I help with perspective and mindset.

6. A goal is not an expectation.

7. It takes the same amount of mental capacity to dream big as it does to dream small.

8. When I am well rested and working on something I am genuinely excited about, finding time is rarely a problem.
