2. Stop chasing easy.

3. Real life ain’t a textbook.

4. Comfortable & easy are short-term friends, but long-term enemies.

5. Do not base your decisions on temporary feelings. 

6. We want to lose weight but we also want to eat pizza & drink beer. 

7. We want to get fit but we also want to sleep in & skip the gym. 

8. We want to make more money but we want to work less & do other things.
