What I’ve Learnt This Week #451

1. Take yourself out for a meal alone once a month.

2. Do one hard thing per day when you could do it the easy way.

3. When we do hard things, we train ourselves to embrace friction & build resilience.

4. Stop trying to remember things & write them down.

5. There’s no transformation without application.

6. Until you truly value yourself, others won’t value you.

7. If you’re about to take an emotion induced action, wait 24 hours.

8. When faced with a difficult decision, ask yourself what your 80-year-old self would want you to do.
