  1. Buy watermelon🍉 that is pre-cut, not whole. 
  2. There is a difference between moving fast and rushing.
  3. Remove the friction.
  4. The antidote to a bad day is a good workout.
  5. Everything in your life is a reflection of a choice you’ve made. 
  6. If you want a different result, make a different choice.
  7. Working out 7 days a week is often easier than working out 5 days. Take the decision out of it.
  8. Don’t DEMAND respect… COMMAND respect.
