1. You can’t control the results but you can control your effort.

2. Be in control of your emotions, not controlled by your emotions.

3. Schedule 1-2 days per week to interrupt your patterns.

4. Get out of the middle ground. 

5. A healthy man wants a thousand things, a sick man only wants one.

6. Nobody gets a free pass. 

7. Personal responsibility is a non-negotiable.
