What I’ve Learnt This Week #456

1. Try ‘ingredient prep’, not ‘meal prep’.

2. The windscreen is so much bigger than the rear view mirror.

3. Look forwards not backwards.

4. That’s what the old me used to do.

5. You have to be willing to let happiness in.

6. Stop convincing yourself that it will be hard.

7. Stop focusing on what’s wrong.

8. I have many non-negotiables.
