What I’ve Learnt This Week #405

1. Motivation is not fixed.

2. Motivation is different from person to person.

3. Motivation changes from day to day.

4. The key is to consistently execute.

5. Give first without expecting a return. 

6. As you get older, exercise becomes more important, not less important.

7. Over-swollen fat cells are the cause of inflammation. 

8. Setting a goal is fine but creating an identity is where you’ll see the most change.
