What happens when I arrive on Sunday?
Check-in at Oasis starts from 2:30pm
The staff at Oasis will help you with check-in, which includes setting up the Oasis app on your phone as well as creating your own code to access your room.
You will then have plenty of time to unpack, settle in. The official proceedings begin with your first group training session at 6:30am on Monday.
As guests will be arriving at different times on Sunday, we will take you for a casual evening meal at one of our favourite local restaurants from 5:00pm onwards.
When is our first training session?
The fun and games kick off on Monday @ 6:30am with a group training session.
Meals
2-3 main meals per day are included in your package.

Protein smoothies, fresh fruit, barista coffee, fresh coconuts & soda water are provided daily.
Please order these directly from the staff in the kitchen NOT via the Oasis app.
NOTE: All items ordered through the Oasis app will be charged to your room.
Lunches
Pre-ordering your lunch will be required.
A google form will be shared in the WhatsApp group for you to complete.
Massages
Massages are available onsite at Oasis.
To book, please see the staff at the front desk or use the Oasis app downloaded upon your arrival.
1. From the home screen select “Spa”,
2. Choose your preferred massage (ie: Balinese Massage),
3. Choose your desired duration (ie: 60 Minutes),
4. Enter your preferred date & time,
5. The cost will be charged to your room, with payment due upon checkout.
NOTE: Bookings require a minimum of 4 hours notice, and must are to be scheduled on the hour between 12 noon to 8pm.
What time does the retreat finish on Sunday?
The retreat will conclude at 9:00am on Sunday with check out of your room being no later than 11:00am.
Golf Buggy (Club car)
You are able to hire the golf buggy for drop offs and pick ups in the local Canggu area. Each trip costs 50,000 Rupiah (approximately $5 AUD) and will be charged to your room. Please see Casey to organise.
Toilets
As part of Oasis’s commitment to eco-friendly practices, toilet paper is not the be flushed, but to be disposed of using the waste basket provided next to the toilet.
Drinking Water
To avoid getting sick, always use bottled or filtered water.
Be especially mindful to avoid tap water when brushing your teeth & showering.
The water provided in the glass bottles in your room is safe to drink.
Canggu Tour
In groups of four, Casey will guide you on a brief tour, highlighting key points of interest and helping you familiarise yourself with the area. This will take place on Sunday afternoon or Monday after lunch.

Laundry
Express Laundry is our go to laundry in Canggu, located on Jalan Nelayan (same street as Oasis). Ayu & her team will look after you. Just tell them Mr Bart sent you.
From the top of Oasis driveway, turn right and walk approximately 400m. Express Laundry is on the right hand side.
Operating hours: 8:00am to 7:00pm.
Payment is to be made upon drop off.
Pricing:
– 25,000 Rupiah (approx $2.50) / kg for next day drop off.
– 35,000 Rupiah (approx $3.50) / kg for same day drop off.
NOTE: Laundry will be delivered daily back to Oasis by 6pm.

ATM
At the top of Oasis driveway, turn right and walk for approx 600m on the left hand side of the road to find the ATM.

Exchanging Money
Our preferred money changer is Authorised Money Changer located on Jalan Nelayan (same street as Oasis), you will find our preferred money changer.
At the top of Oasis driveway, turn right and walk approximately 600m. The money changer is on the right hand side.
The current exchange rate is approximately 10,300 Rupiah to $1 AUD.
NOTE: The best exchange rate is between 10am – 2:30pm Monday – Friday.

Free Time
The retreat has a great balance of training, personal development, & recovery.
You will also have plenty of free time to relax, unwind, sit by the pool, get a massage, read a book, go shopping or discover Canggu.

Every workout, workshop, and experience is optional. You can join in as much or as little as you like. Whether you want to push yourself, take it slow, or simply relax and soak it all in, this is your time to do it your way.
