Casey and Barton are genuine coaches that really care about each individual. The retreat is so well organised they take away all the hard work for you. You just need to turn up. Retreat included two daily well structured fitness workouts and a personal development session providing great opportunity to learn not only from the experts but the whole group. Food was amazing and so healthy and filling. Their passion and experience in the health industry is evident, their detailed schedule/s was easy and accommodating. Lots of sweating, recovery and personal development. Most of the meals were also included and it was fresh and delicious! The resort itself was outstanding, the best part in my opinion... the pool, sauna and cold plunge pool. But I cannot say enough about the people I got to do it with - their commitment and effort with a smile will be with me for life. I expected the physical fitness training but the mental and psychosocial aspects greatly exceed expectations. Barton and Casey set the team culture early and all participants were great human beings. We started as strangers and ended up good friends at the end! I experienced visible fat loss, muscle definition improvements and we were taught mental tools to establish sustainable eating/training habits after the retreat. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a reset or tune up of their mind body fitness. The Villa accommodations were top rate, clean and serviced daily.
