1. You are the problem and you are the solution.

2. Society has normalised eating like shit.

3. If you look for excuses, you’ll find them.

4. If you look for solutions, you’ll find them.

5. Dial up or dial down, just don’t turn it off.

6. Improve your speed of implementation.

7. Use training to reinforce who you’re becoming, not just what you look like.

8. Create two lists: “the controllables” and “the uncontrollables”.
