1. You are not alone with your problems. 

2. Success is mostly mindset.

3. Defaults are powerful because people are lazy.

4. Confidence comes from the evidence you get from doing the thing. 

5. There are 7700 calories in 1kg of body fat…  Burn them or store them.

6. Low motivation days determine your success.

7. Dopamine is the crazy chick you met at the bar, sure she’s fun for a while, but she’ll f*ck up your life sooner or later. 

8. Serotonin is the girl you’d want to take home, meet your parents, and settle down with.
